About this Course

The OvalHP Masters Program is open to intermediate and advanced level Masters skaters with minimum 2 year experience speed skating in a club. Sessions will focus on corner technique, endurance and speed endurance. Sessions are 75 min on Wednesday mornings from 6:15am to 7:30am. Ice Sessions May/June: May 4th May 11th May 18th May 25th June 1st June 15th June 22nd *No run dates June 8th and June 29th* July and August schedule to be determined in May and a separate registration will be made. Participants must have their own speed skating equipment.
