About this Course

The ultimate multi- sport experience! Participants will take part in a variety of Oval activities from soccer to basketball, badminton to rugby, as well as plenty of fun games, it will be an action packed day! This sport camp is based on Canadian Sport for Life - the goal of Oval camps is to build fundamental movement skills such as throwing, catching, running, jumping, throwing, balance and coordination, while instilling the confidence and passion to play sport for life!
