About this Course

The Richmond Oval Speed Skating Open is a one-day short track competition hosted at the Richmond Olympic Oval, legacy venue from the Vancouver 2010 Games. Running from 11AM-5PM, the competition will feature 500m and 1500 races for skaters in the Youth 13 and Neo-Junior and up categories. Skaters from the across the region will come together for a day of racing, skill development and sportsmanship in a competitive environment to kick off the 2026/27 season. Spectators are welcome.
