The High Performance Speed Skating Program has shifted to offer an online sessions for Train to Train (T2T) and Junior athletes looking to maintain their level of sport specific strength and fitness while also staying connected to coaches and teammates. This program will be offered from Monday to Friday April 6th to May 1st (including Good Friday & Easter Monday). Online program will consist of weekly: • General Strength + Sport Specific Circuit Training x 3 • Core Sessions x 2 • Mobility Sessions • Integrated Services such as Mental Performance & Yoga
