This program is exclusive to Split Second Cobras. Each weekly strength & conditioning team session will focus on the technical aspects of executing each lift. As athletes improve movement quality coaches will layer in complexity as necessary. The goal of the program is to enhance performance on the court while also building stronger more resilient athletes who are effective at the next level. As well as their weekly training session, enrolled athletes will receive additional programming through the TeamBuildr app which will further complement their athletic development.
