About this Course

Our high performance positional focused program is designed for athletes to elevate their skills and refine technique specific to their position. Positions will often combine for various drills and game play to apply skills. Outside Hitter & Middle Blocker: specific technical training includes approach mechanics, transition, offensive decision making, and defense. Libero: technical training includes defense, serve receive, and controlling out of system balls. Setters: technical training includes proper mechanics, ball placement, defending, offensive decision making and advanced systems. Athletes are expected to have at least 2 years competitive experience through school or club volleyball or a combination of both. Athletes with less than 2 years experience or are still developing basic volleyball skills are recommended to register for the Train & Play Volleyball program. There will no session on April 17 (VBC Provincials) and May 1 (Gymnastics Event). Refund policy: For all court programs, full refunds are available until 7 days prior to the start of the program. Within 7 days of the program start date, a $25 administrative fee will be charged. No refunds are accepted after the first session*. *Exceptions: Full refunds are ONLY granted for documented medical conditions that prevent the user from participating in the program.
